(WBNG) President & CEO of Tioga State Bank Robert M. Fisher was elected Chairman of the Independent Community of Bankers of America for 2021 to 22.
In an article on the ICBA website, Fisher says he s proud to serve as its chairman. MAHOPAC, N.Y. - The Board of Directors of Tompkins Mahopac Bank has announced that Gerald J. Klein, Jr. will retire as president and CEO of the bank after 26 years of service to the company.
In anticipation of his retirement, Tompkins Mahopac Bank has worked on a succession plan to assure a smooth transition of leadership and has appointed David DeMilia, current senior vice president, to president and CEO. Klein will support the transition process during the first half of the year, retiring mid-year.
Klein joined Tompkins Mahopac Bank in 1995 and was executive vice president and chief lending officer before becoming CEO in January 2007. He currently sits on the board of directors of the bank and is an executive vice president of the bank holding company, Tompkins Financial Corp., and a member of its senior leadership team.
