3 a mother accused of falsely reporting that her newborn daughter was abducted will face a judge this morning. Cincinnati police arent sure why 28 year old Nacole Benton lied about her 18 day old daughter being abducted when her car was stolen. The report triggered a frantic, three hour search. Two juveniles have been arrested in connection with the womans stolen car. Hamilton county now has custody of the baby and bentons two other children.
