San Francisco Police telling us that this all started at around 310 this afternoon, when they say they received word of a man with a rifle here in the bayview neighborhood. Officers arrived on scene, and officers at this point arent offering a lot of details about exactly what happened with that initial interaction between that man who was reported to have had a rifle, and officers who first responded on scene.
