383 Covid cases in daily update for Oxford and Oxfordshire

It comes as a further 691 people were reported to have died within 28 days of a positive Covid-19 test on Tuesday. This takes the UK death toll to 68,307. Two deaths were also announced in figures published by NHS England at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH). It means the death toll of patients who tested positive for Covid-19 at the trust, which also runs the Churchill, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury s Horton General Hospital, is 227.

10 Covid deaths in a week at Oxford hospital trust There have been 10 deaths in the last seven days at the John Radcliffe s hospital trust of patients who tested positive for coronavirus. A further three deaths were announced today in figures published by NHS England at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH). Two took place on Sunday and the other on Saturday. It means between December 14 and 20 the death toll at the trust, which also runs the Churchill, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury s Horton General Hospital, went up by 10. Since the pandemic started there have been 225 fatalities at the trust of patients who tested positive for Covid-19.
