Its estimated that tw thirds of the population is without power. Phones dont work and there are widespread fuel shortages. The florida keys appear to be hardest hit. The governor describes scenes of devastation there. Good morning, courtney. Good morning. The reopening of Miami International a welcome sign for many but its going to be a long road ahead as florida rebuilds. In jacksonville, florida, storm surge brought some of the worsz flooding the area has seen. Were bummed to seize this happen but well come together and make it right. No part of the peninsula was spared. Its just flooding. It keeps coming up. Theres a lot of work ahead. Its going to be a long time before life is back to normal in the keys.
