The Carroll County Public School System terminated the employment of Evan Thomas Harris Frock, a substitute teacher and head volleyball coach at Westminster High School, Tuesday. Frock, 32, of Taneytown, was arrested Monday and charged with distribution of child pornography, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.

A Westminster High School English teacher who was sentenced to 90 days in prison in 2018 after she stole thousands of dollars from a Baltimore high school where she was principal, has been placed on administrative leave by the Carroll County public school system.
