Michele from her Cape Cod kitchen will be conducting the class to teach you how to make the French meringuebased cookies. She will take you through a detailed demonstration, before being guided step-by-step in replicating the process of meringue mixing, otherwise known as macaronage, piping, baking and assembling. You will learn to make a vanilla buttercream to fi ll your macarons. But, feel free to break out any jams or spreads you have on hand at home!
