A female hiker with an ankle injury was hoisted out of her situation with a State Police helicopter off of Blake Mountain.

State Forest Rangers came to the assistance of several injured and lost hikers this past week – arranging for one individual to be hoisted out of her situation with the help of a State Police helicopter.
The incidents below took place between April 7-18. All information below was supplied by the state Department of Environmental Conservation.
