Rain all day long, and its finally here, its coming down pretty state right now, obviously its not good news for those who want to get out of the city right now, this is the entrance into the bay bridge, its already backed up. Theres a honk right there, so a lot of people not happy with the rain conditions, of course creating some Hazardous Conditions on the roadways, we want to show you some video as the rain actually started coming down in the city this afternoon. It was coming down pretty hard. The rain caught those who were not prepared a bit by surprise. We saw a lot of people who were walking the streets without umbrellas. Thankfully there are places where you can walk in and out and grab your rain gear. Umbrellas are a popular item right now.
