said, voting rights and a lot going forward and speaker pelosi says they re going to do a lot of things. our panel is going to stay. i want to turn to a new story how trump lost the 2020 election. it may sound like a topic democrats want to emphasize but it is coming from republicans in pennsylvania who say they ll recount trump s loss there and holding hearings, some doubt of ballot integrity, republicans claim to count or review an election is over or closed. a quick fact-check, recounting ballot that s 2020 is no different from doing it in 2020. this process is relevant and non-binding. it may appeal to donald trump and some of the january 6th crowd is in denial that president biden won.

Josh Mandel, a third time GOP Senate candidate says he is running on a pro-Trump anti-establishment agenda. One America’s Caitlin Sinclair has more.
After committee markup, Senate Leader Schumer can now move forward with S. 1, controversial legislation that would impose a federal takeover of the state-run U.S. election system. The next step is a Senate floor vote, which may occasion Democrats’ first official challenge to the Senate filibuster.

Virginia GOP gubernatorial candidate Pete Snyder unveiled a detailed strategy to tackle voter integrity. Named the Honest Vote plan, Snyder s proposed six-pillars of voting protocol changes are aimed at restoring accountability, voter confidence, and transparency within free and fair elections.
Snyder s newly-rolled out plan includes voter identification, signature matching, updating voter rolls, and ensuring that only legal Virginians vote. Additionally, the GOP outsider candidate hopes to hold unelected bureaucrats accountable for making changes to voting protocols while also establishing a state-run outlet for voter fraud to be reported.
The pillars of my plan are the first steps to restoring voter confidence and protecting our democracy. We re going to make Virginia #1 in America for Ballot Integrity + Election Security. Pete Snyder (@petesnyder) March 4, 2021
Patrick Byrne, founder and former CEO of Overstock, told Jenny Chang, the host of NTD Television’s “Focus Talk” program, that what is happening now in the United States is a “Communist Party takeover.”
“That’s what the left is trying to do here. They have a bill that they’re ready to pass as soon as they get in that basically imposes a Chinese-style censorship state,” Byrne said during an interview premiered on Monday. “I think this is a Communist Party takeover.”
Byrne is concerned that in the future, even questioning the reported irregularities of the 2020 election will count as “an act of domestic extremism.”
