“Lindsay and Anne (Thomas) at Benalla Tours are keen for the signs to be all installed before the reopening, so we should have an official date soon,” she said.
Mr Thomas said he and Mrs Thomas had been working with Ms Smyth for the past few years to help promote the former migrant camp as a tourist destination.
