18:46 | Paracas (Ica region), Jul. 25. Thousands of domestic tourists have flocked to the Paracas beach area in Ica region and packed local hotels to enjoy not only the sun, beaches, and landscapes of the Paracas National Reserve and Ballestas Islands, but also its delicious food.
Precisely, the Municipal District of Paracas convened the First Culinary Competition of Ceviche and Handicrafts, which featured nine restaurants of said jurisdiction, as well as their best dishes to the delight of visitors.
After a tough competition, the restaurant at El Condor Hotel took the first place.
The prize-giving ceremony was attended by Mayor Rosario Ramirez, who highlighted the gastronomic quality of the participating eateries.
