15 pounds of high grade marijuana confiscated by police

They say the vehicle was stopped for following too closely. According to authorities, during the course of the investigation, the deputy located approximately 15 pounds of high grade marijuana in vacuum sealed bags. The marijuana was confiscated and the suspect, 27-year-old Stanley Teran, was arrested. Authorities say he was headed to North Carolina from Louisiana. Teran is in the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Corrections Center charged with trafficking in marijuana. He currently has no bond. Please note: This content carries a strict local market embargo. Non-subscribers Foley man arrested, charged with Assault First Degree Posted STANSEL Staff Report Elberta Police Department and Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 15000 block of Boros Road in Elberta on Jan. 14. Once on the scene, officers located a male victim who had been stabbed several times. A male suspect was also located by the departments. The suspect, Donte Stansel (48) of Foley, admitted to stabbing the victim during a fight. The unnamed victim was transported to a Pensacola hospital by life flight. The victim is in stable condition after undergoing surgery.
