The Nigeria Police Force, Cross River State Command has confirmed its operatives arrested three suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and recovered explosives from the suspects. The state Commissioner of Police, CP Sule Balarabe, who disclosed the information on Monday while parading the suspects, said they were arrested by the command between August and November. Balarabe identified the suspected IPOB members as 29-year-old Richard Ukehad, 29-year-old Esther Asado and 44-year-old Isaac Ebebe.
