The International Criminal Police Organisation has reportedly arrested a Director of Process and Industrial Development (P&ID), Mr James Nolan. According to the News Agency of Nigeria, Nolan, an Irish national, who reportedly jumped bail in 2022 in the ongoing $9.6 billion P&ID scandal in Nigeria, was arrested on January 27. He was arrested by the INTERPOL while on a visit to his wife, an Italian.
