India News: NEW DELHI: The Karnataka government's move to revise school textbooks has given the BJP in Maharashtra an opportunity to once again target Uddhav Thac.
Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday accused the ruling BJP and its ideological parent organisation, the RSS, of hijacking national icons and freedom fighters, and made an obscene remark about cow urine.
Uddhav Thackeray also hit out at the Election Commission of India over the decision of allotting `Shiv Sena` name and `Bow and Arrow` symbol to the Shinde faction.
Thackeray faction, in a four-page-letter, claimed that the poll panel shared privileged communication by making public their choice of names and symbols and suspected it was done so much before Shinde camp submitted their documents.
