A student of Rena Hajieva, the Baku Academy of Music alum who lives in Israel, won the international online contest for children and teenagers “SOZVEZDIE EUROPA ASIA 2021.” A young violinist Emily Averbakh beat 400 contestants of 12-15 years old.
Rena Hajieva started to teach Emily when she was a preschooler. The teacher thinks that a child’s success depends on joint efforts and mutual support of a teacher, parents, and a student. A child’s talent is one of major factors while a serious attitude to education if handled properly helps to develop the talent. Hajieva uses her long-lasting educational experience to make her students not only reach high musical technique but also love music, feel it and give people joy with their playing.
