Bajaj Auto had restarted Chetak electric scooter s bookings in India on 13 April, 2021 on the occasion of Gudi Padwa in the country. The Indian two-wheeler maker had opened these bookings for citizens of Pune and Bengaluru only. However, the company today announced that it has stopped accepting Chetak electric scooter s bookings because the scooter is now sold out. Bajaj Auto noted that it received overwhelming demand from the two cities, compelling it to close the bookings. The company will now reopen the bookings after reviewing the supply situation.
Bajaj Chetak electric scooter bookings closed in 48 hours
The Bajaj Chetak electric scooter is priced between Rs 1.15 lakh and Rs 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune).
