Good morning everybody, the weather and traffic are in agreement that you need to watch out for the fog on the Golden Gate Bridge, very low and enough to where it could be hazardous for driving in southern marin on the Golden Gate Bridge. Parts of San Francisco and even parts of the east bay, and it could be hard for you to see. Dont forget to turn your headlights off when you get to work, but be careful driving through southern marin and parts of the bay area where the fog is coming through. Traffic will be light at the bay bridge, and the fog is there but not low enough to affect the visibility of the drivers but still a 25 minute delay before you make it onto the span. 880 oakland looking good with no major issues and traffic continues to look good. In the east bay traffic is okay but i wait for is pretty slow from bay point into pittsburg. Backing up a little bit, southbound 680 has been very slow driving from pleasanton heading down toward the sunol grade you will see the traffic

One minute people were using their umbrellas, the next they had their sunglasses out in mill valley and earlier, a line of showers did rip through about 3 30 this afternoon. And the people in this area only want more. Slick roads, miles of traffic and Poor Visibility not exactly how commuters want to start their day. This tree fell on a parked car in guerneville as the storm first blew through. The mess closed highway 116 for two hours. Fast forward a few hours later nothing but clear blue skies.

And we are picking up a heavy cell of rain at this particular time, gusty winds associated with that right now. Its heading to middleton from cobb. Thats a burnedout area from the valley fire, could potentially cause mudslides. In the eastern portion of the bay area, nothing is going on there.
