The Carroll Police Department responded to a two-vehicle accident Thursday at the intersection of Clark and 5
th Streets at approximately 3:38 p.m. Fifty-nine-year-old Delilah Venteicher of Carroll was southbound on Clark in a 2018 Toyota Corolla. Twenty-two-year-old Bailey Cowden of Carroll was westbound on 5
th in a 2001 Chevrolet Lumina and failed to yield to the oncoming vehicle at the stop sign. The Venteicher Toyota struck the passenger side of the Cowden car, resulting in functional damage to both. No injuries were reported. Venteicher was cited for failure to maintain insurance.
