Jone Clark Van Vleet, 83, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2022, in Saint Augustine, FL after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Jone was born January 1, 1939 in Duluth, MN to Robert and Ruthella Clark. She was the eldest of four siblings and attended Duluth East High School where she excelled in academics, was cheerleading captain and played clarinet in the band, graduating in 1956. She spent her teen years working at her family’s Clark’s Market, skiing, enjoying friends, and spending summers at the family cabin on Sunset Lake.
