Agra, May 25 : A number of snakes, including a cobra, have been rescued by the Wildlife SOS from various spots here.
In the first incident, a cobra was spotted inside a house at the Radhey Greens residential colony in Dayalbagh after which a Wildlife SOS team came to the rescue of the reptile which was stuck in a door of the house.

Agra May 7 : A six-foot-long Indian Rock Python was rescued by the Wildlife SOS after it was discovered by a farmer in a pile of hay in Nagla Bhoopla village in Agra district.
The snake is currently kept under observation and will be released in the wild once deemed fit.
The 24-hour helpline of Wildlife SOS received a distress call on Friday, informing it about a python sighting in Nagla Bhoopla village. A farmer working in his agricultural field was shocked to find the large reptile nestled amid a pile of hay and immediately reached out to the Wildlife SOS, requesting help.

Agra, April 25 : An approximately 5-foot-long Rat snake was rescued from Janta Junior High School, an upper primary school located in Namner, Idgah Colony, Agra. The snake was kept under observation for a few hours and later released back in its natural habitat.
The presence of a 5-foot-long Rat snake created quite the stir among construction workers who were working at Janta Junior High School in Namner, Agra. Due to the second wave of COVID 19 pandemic, schools are temporarily shut in Uttar Pradesh, so on-going construction work was being carried out.

Agra, April 7 : Agra wildlife SOS rescued an unexpected tourist from the Taj Mahal premises. A five-foot-long Indian Rock Python was rescued by the Wildlife SOS Rapid Response Unit after it was sighted at the Taj Mahal ticket counter. The snake was kept under observation for a few hours and later released in its natural habitat.
The tourism police officials stationed at the West gate of the historical monument, found a 5-foot-long Indian Rock Python on Tuesday morning at the ticket counter. Taking quick action, they immediately reported the incident to Wildlife SOS on their 24-hour helpline number (+91-9917109666).
