Progressive Conservative candidate Lin Paddock has won the Baie Verte-Green Bay byelection, handily beating his closest opponent by more than 3,000 votes.
Voters in the central Newfoundland district of Baie Verte-Green Bay head to the polls Monday to elect the region's next MHA, filling a vacancy created after Liberal Brian Warr resigned this winter.
