Baglioni Hotels & Resorts has taken over management of the acclaimed Masseria Muzza in Puglia, southern Italy, which opened in June 2022, as the latest addition to the collection.
Baglioni Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the launch of Casa Baglioni in Milan, opening in late 2022. After a challenging yet successful 2021, Casa Baglioni will mark the brand s third new opening in 18 months, further to the unveiling of Baglioni Resort Sardinia in June 2021 and the upcoming launch of Baglioni Masseria Muzza in Puglia in May 2022.
Danilo Zucchetti - with important positions behind him in prestigious luxury hotel structures, starting with the Four Seasons group in 1993 and a long experience in the Villa d Este Hotels group - has been appointed "vice president operations" of the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts group . After graduating in Hotel Operations at the Hosta Hotel & Tourism School in Switzerland and in Hotel Management at the Hotel Institute in Montreux, Danilo Zucchetti immediately began his career in the hotel sector. He holds the role of general manager of the Hotel Bauer and of Il Palazzo in Venice. In November 2005 he joined the management of the Villa d Este Group, on Lake Como, where in 2012 he held the position of general manager of the group.
