NU EST Achieves Highest Album Sales on Hanteo Chart in 3rd Week of April with Romanticize
On April 26, Hanteo Chart revealed the K-pop act that took first place on the Weekly Physical Album Chart for the third week of April. The sales were accumulated from April 19 to 25. Romanticize by NU EST was announced to be the No. 1 bestselling album in the previous week. On the first day (April 19), a total of 91,416 copies were sold, the highest record of the boy group within that week.
In the upcoming week, group pictures and a question-and-answer session are just some of the scheduled content prepared for L.O.Λ.E (NU EST s fan club). While fans are excited and highly anticipate the celebration, some fans are trying to decipher the information of the schedule due to particular letters being replaced with the number 9.
NU EST s 2012 Debut
In 2012, JR, Baekho, Aron, Ren, and Minhyun debuted on March 15 as a K-pop boy group called NU EST, under Pledis Entertainment. The quintet released a single titled Face. The band started to extend to the global market in the same year, conducting events in Japan, other parts of Asia, Australia, and the United States.

NU EST s Baekho has opened a campaign called Baekho Blood Donation Day amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
On Dec. 11, Pledis Entertainment said that NU EST s Baekho has launched a campaign to encourage the people to participate in blood donations. The label also said that Baekho Blood Donation Day will take place on Dec. 13. Such campaign was created as there has been a decline in blood donations due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.

Additionally, Pledis shared that Baekho is promoting such campaign as blood donation became part of his life after his father fought against acute leukemia in 2015 but eventually passed away in 2017. The NU EST member, who already received a blood donation certificate, said, Please give me a lot of interest in this meaningful campaign which aims to help many people.
