K-dramas Welcome to Waikiki, Flower of Evil to be Filipino-dubbed on Viu – Manila Bulletin

Published February 18, 2021, 7:51 AM ‘Welcome to Waikiki’ and ‘Flower of Evil’ (Viu)  The Korean dramas “Welcome to Waikiki” and “Flower of Evil” will be available in Filipino-dubbed formats on video streaming platform Viu.  “Welcome to Waikiki” stars Kim Jung-hyun of “Mr. Queen” and “Crash Landing on You,” Lee Yi-kyung and Son Seung-won.  It follows the story of three friends who started a guesthouse to save money to finance their own movie.  Kim Jung-hyun plays the role of Dong-gu, who manages the guesthouse and dreams of becoming a movie director. Joon Ki (Lee Yi-kyung) aims for stardom as an actor but only gets bit roles and Doo Shik (Son Seung-won) tries takes on odd part-time jobs to help in paying the trio’s looming debt.
