Report: Statistics released by business data provider CEO Score on Wednesday showed that 44 companies for the first time made the list of the nation’s top 500 companies in terms of sales posted last year.
Many of the new players included distribution platform businesses, including Woowa Brothers Corporation, operator of the nation’s top food delivery app Baedal Minjok, as well as online grocery service Market Kurly.

He stressed that the U.S.’ North Korea policy is not aimed at hostility, but solutions, and ultimately, the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

Report: Late Samsung Group Chairman Lee Kun-hee’s family said Wednesday that they will pay more than 12 trillion won in inheritance tax in accordance with related laws. That’s more than half of Lee’s legacy, which is estimated at 20 trillion won, including stocks, real estate and art.
