Kuwait’s government faces uphill battle amid political tensions

KUWAIT CITY – Despite opposition’s boycott, the Kuwaiti government succeeded on Tuesday in securing a parliamentary quorum and a vote for members of the new Cabinet and Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah to be sworn in.
