RIYADH, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) Saudi Arabia s Ministry of Culture announced the first two licenses to be granted to cultural education institutions in the kingdom, an official statement said on Monday evening.
Badr Al-Saud, Minister of Culture of Saudi Arabia, announced the issuance of two licenses to Music Home and aDawliah Music Training Center, which became the first institutions in the kingdom to receive an official license to practice musical training.
Both institutions will offer music programs and talent development courses for individuals of all ages, the statement added. It is important to issue official licenses to educational institutions in the creative field, as this ensures that they meet international standards and adhere to local regulations, said head of the Music Commission at the Ministry of Culture, Mohammed Al Mulhem.
