Equal parts dive bar and hot dog shop, this is my go-to for one of the closest reproductions of the Chicago-style hot dog Iâve had on the West Coast. What it gets right: the boiled beef dog, the pickle spears, the neon relish, the diced white onion, the sport peppers (few places nail this part), the celery salt, the poppy-seed bun, the dogs sourced from Chicago, no ketchup within a mile radius. (Substitute a tofu dog or turkey dog if you d like.) It satisfies that itch without needing to fly into OâHare, and what s more, you can play ping pong on the patio and drink a tallboy Rainier while youâre at it, too.

If you re looking for a way to enjoy the Buffalo Bills compete against the Kansas City Chiefs, take advantage of popcorn to go from the Marquee of New Hartford.
Marquee Cinemas is selling a giant bag of popcorn for just $12.75. Let s be honest, no matter how much popcorn you make at home, you can t get the movie popcorn taste - no matter what Orville Redenbacher tells you.
The best part, no pre orders are required. You can order it for the big game, or for whatever reason you want movie popcorn.

The Portland Food Co-op at 290 Congress St. will be closed through Sunday because a second staff member has tested positive for COVID-19, the store’s general manager said in an email sent out to customers Monday.
The store had initially closed last week after an employee tested positive on Jan. 3. The rest of the workers were tested, and the store was sanitized before reopening Thursday afternoon. A second employee tested positive Sunday, prompting another closure. This time the store will remain closed through Jan. 17, general manager John Crane said. The store has shut down its curbside service during this closure as well.
