Bach to Black Join The Bach Society of Saint Louis for a celebration of the diversity of classical music with Dr. Rochelle Sennet in “Bach to Black.” Experience Bach’s music alongside compositions by Black composers R. Nathaniel Dett, Amanda Aldridge, and Harry Burleigh. Dr. Sennet’s versatility at the piano shines the light on the ways Bach’s work continues to offer new perspectives, just as it did more than 300 years ago. Handel's Messiah Experience the passion, tragedy, and joy of Handel’s Messiah with The Bach Society of Saint Louis. Directed by Music Director and Conductor, A. Dennis Sparger, The Bach Society Chorus and Orchestra will present an afternoon of glorious music in an intimate stained-glass setting.
