you would think prosecutors would have their hands full but you would be wrong. this is melissa henderson. she is no drug trafficker, not a carjacker. she didn t even light a car on fire. she is a single mother of five from georgia. what s her heinous crime? during the pandemic, she let her teenage daughter baby-sit her other children. it happened in may of 2020 when schools and day cares were still in lockdown but melissa had to provide for the family so she went to work just a few miles away and put her 14-year-old daughter in charge for a few hours. her daughter is in high school. they live in a lovely nacialgd. while her teenage daughter was remote learning over zoom. melissa s 4-year-old son opened the door and walked over to the neighbor s house. he was safe. the teenager grabbed him when she realized he was missing a few minutes later. but for some reason the cops were called. when melissa got home, police were at her doorstep and a week later she was cuffed and jailed.
