A mother sobbed outside court today having been found guilty of allowing her boyfriend to kill their baby daughter, after shaking her to death while smoking cannabis and watching porn.
Michael Roe faces life in prison after a court heard he murdered premature eight-week-old Holly, while a jury today decided Tiffany Tate turned a blind eye to his abuse.
Holly suffered fatal head injuries and 11 rib fractures in her short life, which came after Roe, 32, shook her on more than one occasion at the family home in East Sussex in September 2018.
Tate, 22, was convicted of allowing her death at the hands of the father and wept as she was comforted by friends outside court today.
