Reporter new tonight. A San Francisco city worker is now charged in a deadly hit andrun accident. The woman was killed while sunbathing with her baby at a park in Bernal Heights. This was the scene yesterday afternoon. Police say, she was hit by a park and rec vehicle which fled the crime. Kron 4s Haaziq Madyun has more on the man investigators believe was behind the wheel.
