“Updates have been hard to come by over the past 24 hours, kaya hindi rin tayo mapakali. So we went to assess the situation and bring help,” she said in a Facebook post.
As promised, Vice President Leni Robredo made an impromptu visit to Bohol on Friday, Dec. 17 to assess the situation there after typhoon "Odette" barreled through the province.
