You are absolutely right to point to some of these horrific videos including that sends a signal and attracted some element of isils propaganda also includes a fair number of messaging examples in which they paint a fulfilling life in the caliphate that they project to individuals who may be disenfranchised, disadvantaged dissatisfied in their home environment.
