At its meeting Monday night, the Alexandria City Council issued a mobile food truck license to Good Burger & More, which is owned by former Alexandria resident Anthony Jensen of Sauk Centre, who is coming back to Alexandria.
Jensen has also applied for licensing through Horizon Public Health and submitted a certificate of liability insurance. The city license is contingent on Jensen getting the certificate.
The council also issued a transient merchant, or temporary vendor, license to B-Pop Kettle Korn LLC, owned by Stephen Stanton of Alexandria. He too submitted a certificate of insurance.
