Operatives of 'B' Division in Warri have killed two suspected kidnappers during a stop and search duty in Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State.
The Delta State command of the Nigeria Police Force says its operatives killed two suspected kidnappers in the Warri South Local Government Area of the state. A statement on Tuesday by the Delta Command's spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe, also revealed that an AK-49 rifle with a locally made gun and cartridges were recovered from the deceased kidnappers. Edafe said the killing of the kidnappers was sequel to an arrest of the kidnap gang's member on December 24, 2022 by operatives of ‘B’ Division Warri patrol team at about 2300hours.
