A report into child sexual abuse in institutions in Tasmania has raised concerns that alleged perpetrators haven't been fully investigated and may still be working.
The scale of child sexual abuse in Tasmania has been exposed with the release of highly anticipated findings from Tasmania's Commission of Inquiry into child sexual abuse.
