I like to send my heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to his bereaved family”, said Prof Azra Musavi (Director, Centre for Women’s Studies). Dr Faisal was a member of several academic bodies including the Aligarh Historian Society, India, Indian History Congress and All India Women’s Association. He also worked as a research investigator for the Centre for Research in Electoral and Social Trends in India and State and Society Project of Bangalore University, Ohio State University and University of California.
