MALAYSIANS have demonstrated a remarkable level of kindness over the past 17 months in helping each other cope during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Stories of people coming together to provide some form of relief have been abundant lately, especially since the White Flag movement made its mark on social media.
Among those who are going out of their way to help fellow Malaysians is 25-year-old restaurant owner George Tan, who has been providing hot meals to those in need.

JOHOR BARU: A group of Taman Damansara Aliff residents has been helping some 400 families usher in the upcoming Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration.
Businessman Azhar Abdul Ghaffar, who heads the group, said it was the third time this month that they had distributed basic essentials to the public.
He added that food aid comprising essential items such as rice, flour, oil and diapers had been given out to needy people of all races.“Since Hari Raya Aidiladha is around the corner, our focus now is on helping those celebrating the occasion.
