After more than two years of the Kuala Lumpur High Court’s conviction of Datuk Seri Najib Razak on all seven criminal charges related to SRC International Sdn Bhd, the Federal Court Malaysia’s highest court is set to hear his final appeal on Monday in Putrajaya.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court has unanimously ruled in favour of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and dismissed an application for leave to appeal by audit firm Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar (AFTAAS) and its partners, namely Datuk Mohd Afrizan Husain, Tamili Dulah Kusni and Khairul Azahar Ariffin.
