The Wakad police on Tuesday arrested Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) doctor Sachin Raghunath Panchal who owns
Onyx Hospital and
remdesivir injections in
Pimpri-Chinchwad.
It may be noted that a week ago, the Wakad police had arrested three men identified as
Shashikant Panchal, Krishana
Patil and Nikhil Neharkar during a surprise check at a nakabandi point. They had then recovered 21 remdesivir injections from them. After further investigations, the police found out that Dr Panchal was the brain behind the crime.
