Tamil actor Sanmugarajan, who has starred in movies such as Savi, Umai Vivilyam, and the Karthi-starrer Airathil Oruvan has now been diagnosed with oral cancer. The actor, who previously met with accident and lost his both legs is also compounding the familys hardship.
