The woman filed a lawsuit demanding that he pay her Dhs51,000, including Dhs10,000, for the value of her washing machine which he damaged and Dhs41,000 in compensation for damages she incurred.
According to the data registered in the electronic marriage system, the Ajman Sharia Court previously registered a marriage contract between a resident husband and wife.
The Abu Dhabi Court for Family and Civil and Administrative Cases obligated a father to pay his daughter Dhs5,000 in compensation for the material and moral damage incurred by her after he assaulted her and caused her injuries.
But after her death, the latter persons occupied all the other buildings built on the plot of land and forced him to live with his second wife and their children in one room despite his ownership of more than two-thirds of the land and the buildings on it.
He stressed that this was due to the company's failure to provide the appropriate security and prevention means necessary to protect him from the dangers of work.
