A bench of Justices S K Kaul and Sudhanshu Dhulia, which was hearing petitions filed in the wake of the spike in air pollution in the capital, told the government that it “can’t take this court for granted”.
The government, which was pulled up by the Supreme Court over the issue again on Tuesday, said in a statement that it supports the project and welcomes the SC order.
