AnambraThe Archbishop, Ecclesiastical Province of Niger and Bishop of Awka Diocese (Anglican Communion), Most Rev. Alexander Ibezim, at the weekend, submitted that the November 6, 2021 governorship election in Anambra was critical to the future of the state. Ibezim, who spoke during the second session of the 12th synod of the diocese at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Nawfia, with the theme: “Expanding our ministerial coast: Implication for the ordained and the laity”, called on parishioners to participate actively in the election. x The programme was graced by more than 40 bishops, several clerics and notable Nigerians. While urging members to get their voter cards, the prelate charged them to prioritise the poll.
