After months of trying to find the date for the hearing the committee at the end of last week the committee learned mr. Pruitt was being summoned to meet with his boss, the president , for 90 minutes around lunch. Rather than agreeing to start the whole process over and or the hearing earlier, we have and to have a defined end time or push the entire their Late Afternoon start time or find another date, we have come to an agreement which we understand is not ideal but gives members maximum flexibility to question the administrator. We will proceed ive opening statements, the administrators testimony and members questions until 11 00 a. M. Well recess at that time and reconvene at 2 00 p. M. In 2322 which is upstairs. We expect the administrator will stave with us until Committee Members who are present or want to ask questions have been begin their turn to ask questions.
