Introduction St. Louis County, MO is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop the County’s first Comprehensive Plan since 1980. “St. Louis County 2050: An Equitable & Sustainable Comprehensive Plan” will chart a path for the state’s most populated county that expands socio-economic opportunity and addresses the challenges presented by global climate change. This plan will incorporate traditional planning components and innovative comprehensive planning mapping tools to facilitate development decisions that further long-range goals. The County requires a consulting firm or team with experience and passion for managing inclusive community engagement and for fostering creative solutions to modern urban planning challenges.
