Two people are in custody after an altercation in Palmerston North. Police rushed to Avon Tce, Roslyn, shortly before 12pm on Saturday as the incident unfolded. A police spokeswoman said the circumstances of what happened were still unclear, but an investigation was under way. The CIB had attended and two people were taken into custody. Another was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
